That’s definitely not normal, and it’s not your fault!

Unfortunately, this one’s on us.

One of our production batches had this issue, and I’m doing everything I can to make it right. I even kept three samples from that batch, and yep, same problem.

But hey, what’s done is done. Let’s focus on fixing it and getting you back to knitting without a hitch


Here’s what to do next:

  1. Maybe your product is just fine but you should press the buttons differently.

You should press and release quickly instead of slowly.
